Maria Valdeira

Head of Sales

Maria João Valdeira joined NEWCO’s Real Estate department in 2026, taking on the role of Head of Sales, following her experience in the property sector at a leading multinational, JLL, where she developed her skills in sales and client relations.

She holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Madeira and has built a successful career in the property sector, focusing on identifying opportunities and building trusting relationships with clients.

In addition to Portuguese, her native language, she is fluent in English.
