
Rita Correia
Head of Administrative Services
Rita has been at NEWCO since 1992 and is responsible for the entire administrative area, supplier management and the company's human resources. Having completed the General High School Course in Administration and Commerce, she went on to complete a Vocational Course in Administrative and Accounting Organisation and a Specialised Course in Secretarial Studies. Before she started working at NEWCO, she was a legal executive.
Her native language is Portuguese.

Jessica Freitas
Invoicing
Jessica joined NEWCO in 2015, and is responsible for preparing and monitoring customer billing, as well as preparing analytical reports on the company's internal and external performance.
Having completed a degree in Management at the University of Madeira, Jessica also studied entrepreneurship and business innovation as well as personal organisation. She has a diploma in instructor training. Prior to joining NEWCO, Jessica provided various direct selling services, as well as entertainment for children's parties and events.
Jessica’s native language is Portuguese, she is fluent in English and speaks basic Spanish.

Judite Gomes
Administrative Services
Judite joined the NEWCO team in 1999, having since taken on all front office responsibilities, which include in-person and telephone customer service, management and maintenance of common areas and assisting Client Managers.
During her many years in South Africa, Judite took courses in laboratory analysis technique, quality control and basic statistics, and hygiene and safety in the workplace. She has previously worked for Woolworths and Unilever. Having returned to Madeira, before she joined the NEWCO team she completed a Secretarial Course and worked in a company related to the tourist industry. Judite is bilingual in Portuguese and English and speaks basic Italian.

Marlene Fernandes
Administrative Services
Marlene joined NEWCO in 2017 and currently assists in the front office area, as well as providing assistance to Client Managers, which includes organising, preparing and archiving documentation. She has taken secretarial studies and insurance technician courses in Madeira. In addition to her experience in the area of administration at NEWCO, Marlene has also worked in retail, catering and hospitality.
She is bilingual in Portuguese and Spanish and is fluent in English.
